Terms & Conditions
General Terms and Conditions of Stahlor GmbH, Tettnang.
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Stahlor GmbH and its customers. Deviating terms of the customer do not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Services
Stahlor GmbH supplies products and services for caravan, camping and automotive applications. The scope of supply follows the respective quotation, project agreement or order confirmation. Products shown online do not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to request a quotation.
3. Quotation and conclusion of contract
Our quotations are subject to change and non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise. A contract is formed only by our written order confirmation or by delivery of the goods.
4. Prices
Unless stated otherwise, all prices are net prices plus the applicable statutory value-added tax. Shipping, packaging, customs and additional costs are itemized separately.
5. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice without deduction. In case of late payment we reserve the right to charge default interest at the statutory rate.
6. Delivery
Delivery dates are binding only if confirmed in writing. Unforeseeable events such as force majeure, supply shortages or delays caused by third parties entitle Stahlor GmbH to a reasonable extension of the delivery period.
7. Retention of title
Delivered goods remain the property of Stahlor GmbH until all claims arising from the business relationship have been paid in full.
8. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Stahlor GmbH is liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence; liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Project-based orders
For project-based orders, delivery follows the specifications defined in the quotation. Changes or additions require written agreement.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For transactions with merchants, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Stahlor GmbH.
